Freight Shipping All freight shipments must be inspected prior to signing the delivery receipt. It is necessary to remove all packaging materials from the merchandise to inspect for freight damage such as broken corners or punctures that may have been caused by a forklift. Take photo's of the box recieved and the damage as well. If there are signs of damage,you can accept the delivery and sign the delivery receipt as "DAMAGED" with the driver present then contact us immediately to file a damage claim. Failure to not follow these instructions will void all warranty claims.
