Freight Shipping: All freight shipments must be inspected prior to signing the delivery receipt. It is necessary to remove all packaging materials from the merchandise to inspect for freight damage such as broken corners or punctures that may have been caused by a forklift. If there are signs of damage, refuse the delivery and sign the delivery receipt as "DAMAGED" then take photos of the box and damage of parts and contact us immediately to file a damage claim. Failure to do so will result in the possible loss of any claim.
