Our Black Mamba hood is designed for the 2015 2016 2017 Ford Mustang. Add style and performance to your Ford Mustang with BMC's Black Mamba Ram Air hood. Mustang performance Hoods do not get better than the Mustang Black Mamba Hood. This aftermarket hood will fit all V6 Mustang, Mustang GT, and Ecoboost. Functionality: Ram Air hood. The Black Mamba hood has a built-in Ram Air Kit which is fully functional as cool air enters from the open front air scoop and is directed to the air box location. The top 45 degree hood vents are fully functional and work as heat extractors. The fiberglass heat extractor vent grille are removable and can be painted separate from the hood to add a unique look. Material: The Black Mamba Mustang hood is made of hand laid fiberglass with smooth gel coat that is finished on both the top and bottom of the hood. There is a reinforced metal latch & hinge plate For additional safety. The integrated stainless mesh grille completes the look. Install: This hood is made to be a direct bolt on using OEM Hardware. These hoods install easily and securely using OEM hardware and manufacturer accessories. Hood pins are highly recommended for all aftermarket hoods. As with all fiberglass hoods; the Black Mamba hood requires prep, prime, and paint.
