Installation & Paint PreparationThis hood is supplied unpainted and requires surface preparation and painting. Test-fit the hood before beginning bodywork or paint preparation. Fiberglass panels require hand-finishing and may need trimming or fitment adjustments to achieve proper alignment. This is not a simple bolt-on installation. Hood pins and a suitable heat shield or insulation pad are required. Factory hinges and latch components are used, but factory hood struts or shocks should not be reused where applicable.
