Most order are shipped within 5 business days with either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Delivery, except for custom orders (e.g. painted, custom design). If ordering extra large items (Body Kits, Hoods, etc.), orders will be shipped with a freight company and a phone number will be required.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We try to satisfy everyone, however there are times when we cannot.

BASIC ORDERS: Contact us to receive a return address. Refund is 75% of order and no refund of S/H.

LARGE ORDERS (HOODS, BODYKITS, ETC): Contact us to receive a return address. The returns are taken on a one on one basis and typically 100% is returned minus S/H and buyer is responsible for sending the product back in new condition. If the large item was shipped with FREE or discounted S/H, the charge back will be $150. If the product has in any way been modified such as sanded, primed, etc., we would not be able to accept a return.

HOODS : All BMC Extreme Customs parts sold are either for show or off-road use only. Professional installation & Hood pins are required! The buyer assumes the entire risk as to the quality of the aftermarket parts. In the event such parts prove defective following the purchase and installation, the buyer assumes the entire costs of any necessary servicing, repair, or replacement.

MORE ON LARGE ORDERS (HOODS, BODYKITS, ETC): If you ordered a hood or bodykit or other large product...upon receiving the product(s) please be sure to inspect the item(s) for "freight damage". If there are signs of freight damage you must refuse the item due to damage then contact us immediately. Make sure to open and inspect all content(s) before signing [this includes removing the wrapping bubbles and plastics to physically inspect the item(s)]. This process usually takes about 5-10 minutes. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item thoroughly. If a customer fails to fully open up the box(es) and inspect their merchandise for damage, and signs the freight carrier's paperwork indicating that all merchandise was inspected (which is what is stated on all freight carriers paperwork), inspects their merchandise after the freight carrier leaves and then finds damage, or what is called "concealed damage", neither the freight carrier, nor BMC Extreme Customs will be responsible to replace or pay for repairs to the product.

GRAPHICS KITS: Graphics are made to order to ensure freshness of vinyl for easier installation. Please allow 5-7 business days for production. Kits are typically shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Please note that due to the large number of color options and configurations, graphics are considered semi-custom work and any graphics returned will have a 35% restock fee and no refund on S/H. Customer is responsible for shipping the graphics back in new condition. Graphics kits with custom wording/text cannot be returned or refunded after it has been cut. MORE NOTES ON GRAPHCIS KITS: We cut our vinyl to be approximately 1/16"-1/8" from edge in order to prevent peeling/pull back and allows for easier installation by not requiring installer to remove car parts. Although our vinyl may resemble the OEM designs, it may not be consistent with the OEM lengths. Many OEM vinyl kits are made so that they go around edges and require removal of your vehicle parts such as grilles and bumpers.

BMC's MISTAKE: If we make a mistake, we pay for it. Just contact us and we will provide detailed information on how to return the item. Once the item is received, you will be refunded 100% or an exchange at no cost to you. If you simply refuse or reject a product and we are not informed, it will be considered a return and will be treated under one of the other return policies.
